Rail Rolls Private Limited strives to deliver all food orders within approximately 15 minutes of confirmation, subject to location, train schedules, and operational conditions. While every effort is made to adhere to this.

Customers may choose between two convenient service options: takeaway from our designated outlet or direct delivery to their allotted seat on the train. This flexibility is intended to cater to the varying needs of travelers, ensuring a seamless and timely dining experience.

Orders will be fulfilled based on the details provided at the time of checkout, including train information and seat or coach number, where applicable. Confirmation of the order and delivery status will be sent to the customer' s registered email address or mobile number.
